Earlier I indicated that I almost succeeded in ‘quickly’ converting an Antillean driving license into a Dutch driving licence.
It is never entirely clear why the CBR is so difficult in some cases. In this case, a C, D and DE also had to be converted to the Dutch driving license. The client also cooperated with all obligations regarding a health certificate, etc., so what was the problem?
Ultimately, starting a procedure apparently helped enough to show the CBR that there was nothing ‘strange’ going on here and the driver’s license was converted in its entirety after all. So it was successful again and my client can immediately start working in the Netherlands!
